Meta User Data Deletion Instructions
If you have contacted The Almighty Tools® through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp Business, you may request deletion of the personal information and message history received and stored through these platforms.
To submit a deletion request:

Email support@almighty.tools.

Use the subject line “Meta Data Deletion Request.”

Include the name and email address associated with your order, the platform you used to contact us, and your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp profile name.

Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials.
We may request additional information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible information from our customer support systems. Certain records may be retained where required for order administration, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or compliance with applicable law.
We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain if any information must be retained.
