What I Wish I Knew Before the First Clean
Steam is the loosening step, not a vacuum. Keep a cloth nearby, work in small sections and allow the unit to heat fully before judging its output.
Use only as directed. Test an inconspicuous area first, avoid unsealed or heat-sensitive materials, and never open the cap until the cleaner has cooled and fully depressurized.
