At Almighty Tools Inc., we are committed to providing you with tools that solve your DIY needs. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after 14 days and within our 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at return@almighty.tools.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, your order may have already been processed. If canceled within 12 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We are confident in our products and encourage a minimum 14-day trial. If still unsatisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us through our Contact Us page or email us at return@almighty.tools, including your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, without any signs of use or scratches, and in its original packaging. If the product is returned with signs of use or damage, it will be sent back to you at your cost. Please also provide a tracking number for the return so we can track it efficiently.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing
Shipping and Delivery
We strive for timely delivery but are not responsible for delays outside our control. For delivery issues, contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Notify us within 12 hours of any errors. Otherwise, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund. A $15 reshipping or return fee may apply for returned packages due to an incorrect address.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Cancellations:
Please note that once an order has been placed, it can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours. After cancellation, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
For products that arrive incorrect, defective or damaged in transit by the carrier, please contact us. In these cases, we will take care of refunding or reshipping our items. However, we will need a photo/video of the damaged item to process a reshipment or a refund.
The window to return an item is 14 days from the delivery date. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support and we will do our best to help you! Please note that only new products in their original condition can be returned. New products are defined by unopened products in original packaging and products that have never been used.
If you wish to return an item, there is no restocking fee. The return method is by mail and the shipping label will be provided by us and not the customer, provided the products arrive incorrect, defective or damaged in transit by the carrier. If it's customer remorse, then the customer will have to pay for the shipping label.

How do I request a refund?
To return your item, please email us first at return@almighty.tools.
The return period is 14 days from the delivery date of the shipment.
The condition of the item must be new. If the item is not in new condition, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund.
Who bears the costs for the return?

The Almighty Tools™ will cover the return postage costs and send the customer a return label. If the customer changes their mind within 14 days after the delivery of the shipment, the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods.
