We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for Returns

 To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• in its original condition, undamaged,
• free of wear or signs of prolonged use,
• returned with the original product box (not the shipping box), without defects, writing, or tears,
• and include everything originally supplied in the set: manuals, cables, accessories, screwdrivers, spare parts, or any other included items.

💡 Example: it is acceptable to open and inspect the product, but not to use it extensively.

👉 Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of fulfillment.

 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@almighty.tools to request a return.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We will send you return instructions and the return address.

 

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  

Shipping & Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item — meaning the product you received is different from the one you ordered in our online store, defect, or damage during shipping) → we will cover the cost of return shipping and refund the original shipping fee.
• If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect address, wrong item ordered by the customer) → the customer covers return shipping, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

  

Damaged or Defective Products 

• Notify us within 72 hours of receipt.
• Include photo or video evidence of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement at our cost.
• If you choose not to accept the free replacement and instead request a return, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

 

Order Cancellations or Changes 

• Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.
• For orders with Priority Processing, cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of purchase, as these orders are shipped the same day (within 4–6 hours, or up to 36 hours during peak seasons).
• After these time frames, processing begins and cancellation may no longer be possible.

 

 

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
• If the item does not meet return conditions (e.g., heavy usage, missing original box, missing accessories, or damage), we will notify you.

 

 

Excessive Returns / Abuse Prevention

 We are committed to making our return process as fair and flexible as possible. However, in cases where a customer initiates an unusually high number of returns within a short period of time (for example, more than four items in a single order or multiple consecutive returns), we reserve the right to:

• conduct an additional review of the return request,
• decline the return if there are clear signs of abuse of our policy,
• or offer an alternative solution (such as a partial refund or store credit).
  

This clause is intended solely to protect against misuse of our return policy and does not affect your legal rights to return products under applicable consumer protection laws.

 

 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Unless the product is defective or damaged, the cost of return shipping under the Right of Withdrawal is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Scope of This Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly on almighty.tools. If you purchased our products through a third-party marketplace (such as Amazon, eBay, or other authorized resellers), please refer to the return and refund policy of that platform.
