Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

During peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control. Unexpected customs delays can also increase delivery time.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Inaccurate details may delay processing or result in order cancellation. For address issues, our support team will email you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We do not refund items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. A $15 reshipping or return fee may apply for returned packages due to an incorrect address.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at support@almighty.tools within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them after this time.

Delayed Delivery

We strive for timely deliveries but are not responsible for delays outside our control. These can include courier delays due to weather, transportation issues, product availability, address verification problems, or payment processing delays. We will notify you if any issues cause a delay.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at support@almighty.tools. We recommend reaching out to the courier to file a claim. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will assist you in resolving the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.

Separate Shipments

Multiple items may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
