At The Almighty Tools®, we are proud to offer our customers FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $50!
Order Processing Times
- Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed.
- An order is considered dispatched when it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit.
- During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
- Priority Processing: If selected at checkout, your order will be processed and shipped on the same business day, typically within 4–6 hours, or up to 36 hours during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, major holidays).

All shipments include a tracking number.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
- Ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Inaccurate details may delay processing or result in order cancellation.
- For address issues, our support team will email you within 12 hours of your purchase.
- If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to ship the order to the address provided at checkout. In such cases, any delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer will not be eligible for review or compensation.
- A $15 reshipping/return fee may apply for packages returned due to incorrect addresses.
- If you notice an error, email us at support@almighty.tools within 12 hours.
- Priority Processing orders: Cancellation/address change requests must be made within 3 hours of purchase.
⚠️ Business Addresses
We are not responsible for delivery issues when a business address is provided that is inaccessible to the courier (e.g., closed office, restricted access, shortened working hours). In such cases, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package, and any additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed Delivery
We strive for timely deliveries but are not responsible for delays outside our control. These may include courier delays due to weather, transportation issues, postal service strikes, customs inspections, address verification, payment processing delays, or peak holiday season congestion.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt with photo or video evidence. We will arrange a free replacement at our cost.
- Lost or Stolen Orders: Contact us at support@almighty.tools. We will work with the courier to investigate. In confirmed cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Lost Packages Definition
An order will be considered lost in transit if:
- it has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping date, as confirmed by the tracking information, or
- there has been no tracking status update for more than 21 consecutive days.
In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement at our cost.
Proof of Delivery
An order is considered delivered once the tracking information provided by the courier marks it as “Delivered.”
- For USPS, Canada Post, and similar carriers, the tracking status “Delivered” will serve as proof of delivery.
- For carriers that provide additional confirmation (such as FedEx, UPS, DHL), delivery confirmation may also include a recipient signature or courier-provided proof of delivery (such as delivery scan details or photo confirmation, where available).
- In cases where courier services provide photo confirmation of delivery, such photos will be considered valid proof of delivery.
Shipping Insurance
For added peace of mind, we offer Shipping Insurance at checkout. This optional service covers the cost of product replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, up to a value of $300.
For high-value orders, we strongly recommend selecting Shipping Insurance to ensure a safe and worry-free delivery experience.
Separate Shipments
Multiple items may be shipped separately with unique tracking numbers.
Scope of This Policy
This Shipping Policy applies only to purchases made directly on almighty.tools. For orders placed through third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.), please refer to their shipping policies.
