Order Processing Times
- Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order.
- During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
- Priority Processing: If selected at checkout, your order will be processed and shipped on the same business day, typically within 4–6 hours, or up to 36 hours during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, major holidays).

All shipments include a tracking number.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
- Ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
- For address issues, our support team will email you within 12 hours of purchase. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
- Items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are non-refundable.
- A $15 reshipping/return fee may apply for packages returned due to incorrect addresses.
- If you notice an error, email us at support@almighty.tools within 12 hours.
- Priority Processing orders: Cancellation/address change requests must be made within 3 hours of purchase.
Delayed Delivery
We strive for timely deliveries, but are not responsible for delays outside our control. These may include courier delays due to weather, transportation issues, postal service strikes, customs inspections, address verification, payment processing delays, or peak holiday season congestion.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Damaged Orders: Report within 72 hours with photo/video proof → we will arrange a free replacement.
- Lost/Stolen Orders: Contact us at support@almighty.tools. We will work with the courier to investigate. In confirmed cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
- High-Value Orders: A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
Separate Shipments
Multiple items may be shipped separately with unique tracking numbers.
Scope of This Policy
This Shipping Policy applies only to purchases made directly on almighty.tools. For orders placed through third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.), please refer to their shipping policies.
